Judging the Spring Home Tour

I was selected to judge 22 of the homes on the 2011 Greater Fort Worth Spring Tour of homes!  Covering Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties ranging in price from $148,000 to $1,000,000.

See these homes for yourself, May 20th - May 22nd.
Several of the homes had extra design elements - arches, nooks complete with storage and built in accent lighting.

The decor for most homes was traditional, while this one felt young and fresh with a great use of colors to compliment the sleek contemporary look.

The use of color is still strong incorporating the entire color wheel
so choose your favorite colors and go with them!

Media rooms are on the options list rather than a standard feature
many homes combine the media/gameroom. With so many options you can select what fits your families needs and budet easily.

Formal dinings rooms were used in almost every floor plan what I did notice was that they were decorated a bit more casual and looked more inviting to go in a sit down rather than the "Oh no don't make sit in there, I'll mess something up"look!
