I was selected to judge 22 of the homes on the 2011 Greater Fort Worth Spring Tour of homes! Covering Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties ranging in price from $148,000 to $1,000,000. See these homes for yourself, May 20th - May 22nd. |

The use of color is still strong incorporating the entire color wheel so choose your favorite colors and go with them! Media rooms are on the options list rather than a standard feature many homes combine the media/gameroom.  With so many options you can select what fits your families needs and budet easily. Formal dinings rooms were used in almost every floor plan what I did notice was that they were decorated a bit more casual and looked more inviting to go in a sit down rather than the "Oh no don't make sit in there, I'll mess something up"look! | |

Home buyers make their ultimate home selection based on their emotional reactions to the properties they visit. The way their brains interpret what they see, hear, touch, smell, and even taste causes them to feel connected to the home they choose.
An informed buyer knows what they can get for their money, and an idea how much repairs or upgrades will cost. If your home needs work, your choice is to make the necessary repairs or adjust the asking price to reflect what it will cost to make repairs.
