1005 Williamsburg Lane has sold! What a spectular example of how a home should be shown and the pictures were so great also!  My next design to "SELL" that I am working on is another Keller home (info to come soon), they are being transferred and I have to share with you this comment that was sent to me.  "While in Austin, I looked at a number of houses and far too many had all the things you said NOT to do. I pretty much knew right after walking in or even coming up to the front door that it was a NO." Selling your home, is really about selling a fantasy. Even though the buyers won't live in the home the way it looks in its Designed to “SELL” condition, they'll be attracted to it because it presents a lifestyle they aspire to. This picture says it all "Look what you can have". Who wouldn't want this view out their back windows! |
